Dr. Monica Elliot On Being An Outsider Scientist

This week on Democracy In Action, We speak with Dr. Monica Elliot. She is the current president of the League of Women Voters of Broward County, former professor of plant pathologist at the University of Florida. In this interview we discuss what it was like growing up on a farm in a small town , the similarities between science and  law and she explains to us what Democracy In Action means to her.
